SNATCH GRIP SLDL
Set 1: 135 lbs x 8
Set 2: 225 lbs x 8
Set 3: 225 lbs x 8
Set 4: 225 lbs x 8

Treadmill sprints
6 intervals :30 on :75 off @ 8.8mph with a 5.0 incline
