Hate doing these damn things.

DUMBBELL ROWS
Set 1: 150 lbs x 5
Set 2: 150 lbs x 17

SEATED DB CLEANS
Set 1: 30 lbs x 10
Set 2: 30 lbs x 10
Set 3: 30 lbs x 10

STANDING ABS
Set 1: 70 lbs x 20
Set 2: 70 lbs x 20

Solid and swole. Ok I’ll never say swole again.
