PRESS

Set 2: 145 lbs x 4
Set 3: 170 lbs x 3
Set 4: 195 lbs x 2
Set 5: 230 lbs x 1

Tire flips

Pause front squats are the devil. Didn’t go as heavy as I wanted because my damn legs are still sore from sprints.

I scratched my planned shrugs and cardio to do some tire flips with a few guys at the gym. Been well over a year since I touched a tire and I was surprised I could still flip the 1000.

Legs are officially shot.
