Set 2: 225 lbs x 3
Set 3: 275 lbs x 3
Set 4: 315 lbs x 3
Set 5: 335 lbs x 3

Set 1: 135 lbs x 5
Set 2: 225 lbs x 8
Set 3: 245 lbs x 8
Set 4: 265 lbs x 8

Haven’t done front squats in ages either… seriously SUCK at them…

Had to do them bodybuilding style, arms crossed over, because my flexibility is garbage.

Was planning to do some overhead work as well but upper body a tad fried from yesterday.
