Haven’t updated in a while… I have been lifting but pretty much lost some interest in posting the workouts.

All 10 of my readers can’t be all that interested in my average lifting, but in case you are… I’ll keep them coming.

Set 1: 100 lbs x 4
Set 2: 190 lbs x 4
Set 3: 280 lbs x 4
Set 4: 330 lbs x 4
Set 5: 370 lbs x 4
Set 6: 420 lbs x 4

Set 1: 190 lbs x 5
Set 2: 240 lbs x 5
Set 3: 240 lbs x 5
Set 4: 240 lbs x 5
Set 5: 240 lbs x 5

Set 1: 45 lbs x 10
Set 2: 100 lbs x 10
Set 3: 100 lbs x 10
Set 4: 100 lbs x 10

Set 1: 60 lbs x 5
Set 2: 60 lbs x 5
Set 3: 60 lbs x 4

Set 1: 45 lbs x 40s
Set 2: 45 lbs x 35s

Worked out with a client today, two birds one stone.

I really like using the SSB on the majority of my squat movements as it exposes a weakness I have staying upright and forces me to work on it harder. Using them for good mornings has a similar effect.
