Set 4: 245 lbs x 8

Set 1: 45 lbs x 12
Set 2: 45 lbs x 12
Set 3: 45 lbs x 12

Legs were still sore as hell after Monday so the weight suffered greatly today. Don’t know why they were still sore 3 days later but it happens.
