Really enjoying the results and the training I am doing. Having a couple days when I’m not going super heavy is giving my body a break and having the dual effect of adding to my physique goals

If I am not careful I’ll be wearing a string tank top walking through Venice beach wearing a fanny pack. Jesus that would be interesting as hell.
