Kept it lighter, short rests, idea was speed and form.
Came down with a nasty blood sugar crash for some reason so the evening’s deadlifting was pushed to Friday. Went and inhaled a couple doughnuts after this to bring myself back to speed
Again. Weight not a problem, just some technical issues that the rest of the team is helping me tweak.

Deadlift form is getting better. Have some minor tweaks to do with it yet. Soon I’ll be safely and confidently pulling in the mid to high 600’s again instead of muscling it up and getting hurt again.
