Briefs are way too loose. Almost no rebound or stopping power at all. It’s time to get a good pair. Hard to do a proper PL squat with loose gear.
Weight not an issue. Need power.
Glute ham situps
Solid workout. Form was decent going wide on the squat and with proper briefs I can see numbers moving up fast.
Next leg workout will resemble a magazine article. 😉
