04-05-2012 Workout

A realization…. When working with Mike Tuscherer I had my best gains in strength. As much as I am enjoying what I am doing in the gym I am also getting stagnant on strength. I do not like that at all.

I train for strength first and aesthetics come along with it. So time to break out the old RTS programming and bring back the results. Heavy, hard and volume on the big three is a must.

Today wasn’t a start.

Squats went horrible today and worked up to 428 x 2 ass to grass and it felt like hell.

There’s something else missing too….. Hmmmm
