One of the worst weeks in a long time. Missed gym since Monday and lost about 10 pounds. Oh well.

Had to get back today but didn’t expect miracles.

225 x 3 x 2
275 x 3 x 2

Incline close grip bench
135 x 10
225 x 3
275 x 6 x 3

Felt off today, obviously. Ready to go home soon…..
