Felt a little off today. Ugh.

Should have gotten more but it happens

Did some stone work after. First time touching a stone since September 2010. Last time I did I hurt my lower back bad in a strongman contest so I had to start light and get used to form again.

Felt good. Will do more next time

Chins with isometric holds at last rep
3 x 6

Not bad for a blah workout. Need a good training partner to push me on those bad days. Someone loco like me šŸ˜‰
