Decided to do some pause squats tonight. Been a while… After my recent leg assaults they were done a bit lighter than I could have went but still not too light.

Decline situps
3 x 20

No cardio tonight, ended up being a late night at the gym due to my yapping with training partners after the lift.

The sun has been out in full force lately with 70+ degree days here, now…. I need that year round! šŸ˜‰
