Did density sets for my arms today. If you have been following I explained the density workout already. If not, use google.

Very fat bar curls
Bar x 10
95 x 5
135 x 5 for 8 minutes.

Tricep rope pushdowns
160 x 5 for 8 minutes.

Arms were pretty swelled up after this. I almost looked like a jersey shore victim. Almost.

Now I’m ready for Venice Beach and the muscle pit šŸ˜‰
