Crisis averted. Knee feels 100% better. Time to destroy my legs…..

Squats with cambered bar
155 x 5
245 x 3
335 x 3

425 x 2 on top of minute for 8 minutes.

RDL
135 x 10
225 x 8

315 x 5 on top of minute for 6 minutes.

These two sets were hard. I was pooled in sweat and gasping for air. Density work for legs is no goddamn joke.

Then I did some crazy gymnastic ab stuff.

Finished up with high intensity interval cycling :30 on :45 off for about 8:00 and change. Basically until my legs gave up.

This was needed badly.
