Decided to wear briefs today for the hell of it. It’s been a while.

Safety squat bar with strong bands
170 x 3
280 x 3
370 x 4 x 2

Treated that like a speed day

Sumo deadlifts in briefs

Worked on form. Still ehh so kept it lighter. Besides a light day may be needed after this weekend.

Reverse hyper
90 x 4 x 10

Slow and controlled.

Prowler. Yes. Prowler.

This morning went great so far. Started the day off with a perfect surprise that pretty much made the start of the week that much better. 🙂
