Decided to blast the hell of my back today, one of my favorites. I am of the belief that the back and the rest of the posterior chain can never have too much work done to it.

Pendlay rows
135 x 5
225 x 3 x 3
295 x 3 x 3
315 x 2 x 3

Shrugs
225 x 10
405 x 3 x 3
585 x 3 x 3
655 x 2 x 3

Neutral grip lat pulldowns
180 x 4 x 10

Weighted dips
100 x 3 x 6

All sets had a 30-40 second rest period only.

It’s a beautiful day somewhere, and even here, but I’d rather be anywhere but here…. Especially one particular place.
