A lighter workout with every set having a 45s rest period. Gotta love the pump.
Did this on 3 hours sleep. Why? Don’t ask. Because I’m loco I guess…. I’ve lived the last several months of my life on 5-6 hours a night max. So maybe 8 hours a night is a myth?? I dunno. All I know is that I never enjoyed sleeping so little as much as I do now.
