After a couple much needed rest days I came back to lift…
We all lift for ourselves, but some of us have motivation on top of that, mine is insanely important to me and when I feel at my worst in the gym and lifting for myself takes a back seat, I think about that external motivation and its often enough to push me past my blahs into getting shit done.
I change goals like I change my underwear, and all over the internet people always say “stick to a program”… well no shit, but when you have training ADD like I do, you tend to get bored easily….. but the motivation will never change, not now or ever.
