The original plan was to do pause benches but ended up flying solo at the gym. Its not wise, nor safe, to do heavy pause benches alone… so they were modified into pin presses, which I absolutely hate…

A little smoked today, but a good one..

Tomorrow morning I will be waking up for some AM cardio… the HORROR…. sprints….

If I make it out alive, it will be a miracle.

Luckily I have accountability that’s worth more than me slacking. 🙂 a LOT more….
