Decided to have a little fun. This was a requested workout, so of course I had to. Who am I to deny this particular request?

Tire flips

Did these for some conditioning. Kept it light as I haven’t flipped a tire in over a year.

Dead stop Zercher squats from parallel pins
135 x 3
225 x 3
275 x 2
315 x 2
365 x 4 x 1

Dude. These suck…..

GHD raise holding 10# medicine ball
3 x 8

Stretching. Yes stretching. Gasp.

Needless to say my legs took a beating.

As least someone enjoyed my suffering.
