Spent my Valentine’s night in the gym deadlifting from the floor for the first time in a while. Let’s see how my back holds up….

Back Extensions
25 x 10
45 x 2 x 10

Back is getting better for sure, but I gotta clear that mental hurdle from the floor.

Decided to stop at 600 because of said mental block.

On a bright note, its one day closer…. to what? Well……. guess you will have to wait and see.
