01-22-2012 Workout

After last weeks PR festival, I think this week calls for a slight break from the norm by doing some different movements than the normal main lift to give my body a little chance to recuperate. Having a whole week of lifting milestones isn’t all that common unless you are a novice so I am taking that as a gift.

Mind is still elsewhere right now, not sure if that helps my lifting but it sure isn’t hurting….
