12-08 Workout

After a bout with a shitty fever from working in the pouring rain and cold on Monday, I needed a couple days of rest. So I decided to pick up on program rather than where I left off to keep continuity. Not sure if that was the best idea but it was my decision.

I was happy with today, I pushed the main lift hard, definitely had more in me for a PR but kept the RPE at 9 and left some in the tank on the accessory lifts just because I am coming back from a fever and chest cold type stuff.

Progress is happening with RTS and I am happy.

3ct Pause Bench
135 lbs x 3 reps x 1 sets @ – RPE – 32% of 1RM
231 lbs x 3 reps x 2 sets @ – RPE – 54% of 1RM
275 lbs x 1 reps x 1 sets @ – RPE – 64% of 1RM
320 lbs x 1 reps x 1 sets @ 6 RPE – 75% of 1RM
341 lbs x 1 reps x 1 sets @ 7 RPE – 80% of 1RM
363 lbs x 1 reps x 1 sets @ 7.5 RPE – 85% of 1RM
385 lbs x 1 reps x 1 sets @ 8 RPE – 90% of 1RM
407 lbs x 1 reps x 1 sets @ 9 RPE – 95% of 1RM

Floor Press (Close grip)
225 lbs x 3 reps x 1 sets @ – RPE – 57% of 1RM
315 lbs x 3 reps x 1 sets @ 8 RPE – 80% of 1RM
335 lbs x 3 reps x 1 sets @ 9 RPE – 85% of 1RM

Incline bench press
225 lbs x 6 reps x 1 sets @ 6 RPE – 61% of 1RM
275 lbs x 6 reps x 2 sets @ 9 RPE – 74% of 1RM
