Solid day, tris were smoked after this shit.

After almost two weeks of training using with Team RTS I noticed a few things… my weights are increasing a bit, I can tolerate the volume of lifting, my appetite is coming back hardcore and I am leaning out in the right areas without even trying…

All in all that’s a win.
