Here’s where I have this dilemma…
Thursday is designated squat day and it sucked. I was tight, my hips were killing me and everything from 135 on up felt like it was a near max effort to even get to parallel.
Today I came in, slapped on the oly shoes and squatted like I did before the gear and no hip issues, no knee pain and it felt good. Granted I only worked up to multiple sets of two with 425, but it was a win.
So… now to see what direction I am going to continue in, do I keep trying to use gear or do I stay raw and build it up that way and use gear sporadically.-----
