10-31 Workout

Was in a rush tonight so I decided to not train with the team, but that doesn’t mean I didn’t get some quality work in.

Close Grip Floor Press
45 x 10
135 x 8
225 x 5
275 x 3
315 x 3
345 x 3
385 x 2
315 x 9

Haven’t done these in a long time, pretty sure this is a PR for the floor press, have to look at some old training journals to verify it.

Chest Supported Row
125 x 3 x 10 each handle

The row has two handles, you can row with hands pronated or in the neutral position. I choose to lighten up the weight and do both back to back.

Since I did a shitpile of heavy tricep work on the floor press I decided to scratch the extra rep work and do some shoulder work

Seated behind head shoulder press
135 x 12
175 x 3 x 8

And bicep work…

Hammer Curls
55 x 10
60 x 3 x 8
