Working on breaking a few bad habits from my years of squatting raw.

Add Chains @ 130 – 170 per side, not sure

Add briefs, keep chains on

517 x 1

The 528 sucked form-wise, my elbows came up and my back rounded off and the shit was lost.

DE Deads

405 x 2 x 1

Back is fried so ended it at that.
