Basically you rack the bar like a back squat and then shrug.
DB Shoulder Lateral Raises
40 x 3 x 10
Front/Back Shoulder Press

165 x 10
Press half-way, go behind head, press half-way, etc…
Tate Press with mini band
35 x 10
45 x 2 x 10
Heavy Band Pushdowns
50 total reps
