Didn’t feel like fucking with the power rack to set bands up so just kept it lightish and moved the bar quick

Went for 600 today, didn’t feel right so stopped the pull at the knees.  Hey sometimes you got that shit, sometimes you don’t.

230 x 3 x 8 with 2 second pause

Tomorrow morning I will blast some more leg work.
